On arrival day your appartement is ready at 03.00 p.m. On departure day you have to leave your room at 10.00 a.m.
Rate information
The rates are per appartment and day exclusive Local tax and final cleaning.
Oetztal Inside Summer Card
The Oetztal Inside Summer Card is included (from June to October)
Minimum stay
Minimum stays from 3 days are possible on demand. There is an extra charge for minimum stays from 10%. In the period from 21.12.2024 - 22.03.2025 there are only bookings from saturday to saturday possible.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning per apartment is € 50,- to € 100,-.
Local tax
You have to pay a local tax per person per day. There is a local tax of € 4,00 per person/day.
No local tax 2024: Children until 2009 and younger, liable for payment up to 2008
No local tax 2025: Children until 2010 and younger, liable for payment up to 2009
Pets
Pets are welcome in our House. There is an extra charge of € 25,- per day.
Travel insurance
We recommend to take some precoutions and make a travel insurance at the European travel insurance.

Cancellation Conditions
Up to 4 months of the arrival date it's free
up to 1 month of the arrival date 40% of the toal amount
1 month to 1 week of the arrival date 70% of the toal amount
in the last week before your arrival date 90% of the total amount
no-show or delayed arrival 100% of the total amount
In this case the General Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of Tourism comes into place.
Important: The cancellation condition are independent wether the apartement is completly or partly relet.
We recommend to trade a travel insurance.
